Carlsbad Food Hall is Coming Soon!

The much anticipated Windmill Food Hall is coming to Carlsbad in August, and I am excited! Located at the iconic Windmill just off the 5 freeway at Palomar Airport Road (the former TGIFridays), the hall will offer a host of vendors serving delicious types of food.

The Food Hall will be a great place for locals to hang out and will truly provide a community space. Some of the food types mentioned are gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches, empanadas, made-to-order pizzas, Korean food, sushi burritos, Thai food, tacos, desserts and more. Think gourmet food truck deliciousness.

There will be both indoor and outdoor space for sitting and conjugating with fellow Carlsbadians. There will also be an indoor-outdoor bar and what sounds like a very cool, Carlsbad vibe. Visitors will be provided with a wristband or key fob, which will allow them to pay for items without using cash.

I will definitely be visiting this establishment and supporting our community, and hope to see you there!
