   Rachel, again you astound me with your insight! Unethical Agents should not only be reported with it fear of retribution, but depending on the severity of the injustice or misrepresentation, thy should spend time locked up!

   Across the country consumers are having a hard enough time trusting our industry because of mortgage companies, insolvent banking empires and fraudulent foreclosure activities. It will take decades to gain their trust and unethical REALTORS should be held accountable.
